DELIVERY / SHIPPING COST

Preparation of order:
In order to establish that the product is in perfect condition and brand new, we manufacture your order upon delivery. The preparation and production time is usually 5 to 7 working days for up to two items. Please add one working day for each additional item.

Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the customer’s address specified. It can be the same as the billing address or an address of your choice.
All orders are sent through the Hellenic Post (ELTA). Depending on each country's Postal Services the parcel is registered and may be either delivered or picked from the local post office with a notice.


Shipping Cost

Delivery costs are calculated and charged per order. After adding the products you want in the cart and specifying the Country destination, you will be able to see the cost of your order and the shipping cost, before you proceed to payment.

The melissinos-sandals.gr will make deliveries of goods through the Hellenic Post. The company is not liable for any errors and delays caused by the Hellenic Post or any of the recipients country's postal services.

FOR GREECE:
We offer FREE SHIPMENT with courier for orders up to 5kg.

For Greece, from 5 to 20kg Hellenic Regular Post is used for shipment.

Pick-up in Store
You can pre-order, pay by credit/debit then pick-up your order from our physical store. In the Delivery Address please fill in OUR store address (7, Normanou - Athens 10555 - Greece).  It is necessary to contact us prior to your payment to arrange and agree on the date and time of pick-up.
